Made-to-Order Products
All of our made-to-order products are custom made. Production begins after your order has been placed and approved. Because each item is created specifically for you, all sales are considered final.
Design Revisions
We want you to love your design.
Unlimited revisions are included before final design approval.
Revisions apply only to the original design concept that was agreed upon.
Revision requests may include changes such as colors, text, sizing, layout adjustments, or other modifications within the original concept.
Requests that substantially change the original concept or require creating an entirely new design will be treated as a new project and may require an additional design fee.
Final production will not begin until you approve the design proof.
No Returns or Exchanges on Made-to-Order Products
Because every product is custom printed and made specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once production has started.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or contains a printing error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:
Your order number
A description of the issue
Clear photos of the damaged or defective item and its packaging
Once reviewed, we will work with you to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or another appropriate resolution at our discretion.
Customer Responsibility
Please carefully review all design proofs, spelling, grammar, sizing, colors, and order details before providing final approval. We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer prior to production.
